The General Body is the highest policy making body of the organization. The general body elects the Managing Committee. It is entrusted to execute policy decisions. It also oversees day to day administration of the organization. The Chairman cum Managing Director acts on behalf of the Managing Committee. There are sub-committees which are headed by a member of the organization to oversee the implementation of the individual programmes.
The Management of the organization is the responsibility of the Managing Committee & on behalf of the Managing Committee the Chairman & Managing Director is the managerial head though he is accountable to the Managing Committee. The staffs of the organization are accountable to the Director/ Executive Director or Project Manager and the Co-ordinator / Project Director are accountable to the Managing Committee.
- FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT POLICIES, PRACTICES AND PROCEDURES
Financial Management is the domain of the Treasurer and General Secretary. The decision is of course has to be vetted by the Chairman & Managing Director who is again bound to report to the Managing Committee. The day to day accounts, is maintained by the Accountant. Payment order is given by the Treasurer after due consultation with the Chairman & Managing Director and General Secretary. All the accounts have been computerized. The accounts of the organization are maintained in accurate accounting system. The accounts of the organization are annually audited by a registered Chattered Accountant.
- MODE OF ELECTION
As per bye Law of the Organisation and Term of the Managing Committee is for 3 years and Annual General Body Meeting is conducted every year
